Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within a few days after receipt of payment.
They are shipped via Bpost or Bpack World with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination country. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

According to circumstances, we keep the right to adapt or modify our shipment costs when necessary. Those are always clearly mentioned on your order confirmation by the purchasing process.
The above-mentioned delivery times are given with no guaranty and for your information only. We are not responsible for any delayed delivery whatever be the reason or origin of delay. All our shipments are carried out under the sole responsibility of the consignee.

We cannot be held as responsible for any damaged shipment during their handling, transport, delivery to final destination.
In case of misdelivery, your claim should reach us within 10 calendar days maximum delivered with proper evidences (photo, picture, description, etc) bringing out sufficient indications on the wrong delivery. Upon receipt, we will take all the necessary measures to proceed with safe and immediate shipment of the corresponding original order and will examine together with our client how to handle the misdelivered good which, in all cases if returned, will be shipped back at our own costs.
