Claims and return shipments
1. Italia Disques will not accept any return shipments of products unsealed at destination.
The consumer is not allowed to cancel his purchase order when packaging has been unsealed upon receipt of shipment of any goods, audio, video or computer that are packed with cellophan or special protection film.
2. Upon receipt of shipment, you might want to cancel your purchase order. In that case, you are granted 14 calendar days maximum to make up your decision. In the same time, we should receive a written notification from you, by postal way or email, that would inform us of order cancellation. With no further delay you should then ship back the goods to Italia Disques in their primary packaging by registered mail, at your own costs. Please, do not fail to mention all Order references.
All the return shipments are being made under Customer's risks and responsibility. Any returned shipment made without prior notice to Italia Disques is not accepted.
3. Upon receipt of returned shipment in the conditions of Rule 5.2 and close inspection from our side on the state conditions, we will proceed with reimbursement of the paid goods to Customer within 10 working days.
All the risks and costs attached to the return shipments are supported by the Customer and shall not be reimbursed.
